    How long did the freefall last? About 2 minutes?

    4:20, You can see in the video He began spinning about the same time he would
    have hit Mach 1, the center of pressure in his body would have change with the wave as He approached Mach 1.

    It appears to me that he pushes a button on his chest followed by a stabilization out of the spin followed by a back and forth wiggle. I think that he deployed a drogue parachute.
