Made in Space Manufactures 3-D Parts in Microgravity

Congratulations are in order for Made in Space.

The Silicon Valley-based company flew its first 3-D printer in microgravity today aboard a ZERO G Corporation plane from Elligton Field in Texas. CEO and Co-founder Jason Dunn Tweeted:

The first #Made in Space parts have been successfully manufactured in zero gravity! Another fight this afternoon to build more parts!

The start-up company came out of the Singularity University summer session that was held last year.
