UK-based managed hosting provider DediPower (www.dedipower.com) announced last week that it will be working to provide the hosting platform for the web presence of the Virgin Galactic commercial space program.
The announcement, announced in the immediate wake of the presentation of the Virgin Galactic SpaceShipTwo, the commercial space vessel itself, says DediPower has been chosen to provide a stable platform for the site, and one capable of handling the large volume of traffic expected for the site.
The website itself is a venue for information about the commercial space travel project, and currently includes a YouTube clip covering the unveiling of the spaceship, along with a variety of other information resources associated with the project.
