I read the whole thing in Russian yesterday. It appears they’re doing some quite serious analysis of these things in Russia. We’ll see if the US will feel the need to play catch-up in a few years.
Well i think we must take this initiative from the Russians very seriously. If you look at the reliability of the Soyuz rocket and there parts or modules for the ISS. I think they are very good in it! I think it is a reaction of Russia to America with reference to the recent succes of the test flight of the Ares rocket and the VASIMR engine.
