The annual general stockholders meeting of S.P. Korolev Rocket-Space Public Corporation (OAO) Energia was held last week.
Totally, 1463 stockholders took part in the meeting. They own 813293 shares, which constituted 72.37% of the total number of the joint stock company voting shares.
Agenda of the meeting included eight items, among which there were the items of financial and economical activities of the Corporation to be necessarily reviewed annually, as well as other items referred to its competence by the Federal Law “About Joint Stock Companies”.
Energia President and General Designer V.A. Lopota and Vice-President A.G. Pyzin delivered reports on the performance of RSC Energia in 2008.
The voting resulted in the meeting approval of the Report on the performance of RSC Energia in 2008 along with its annual accounts.
Limited Liability Company “Cosmos-Audit” was approved as the Corporation auditor.
The Board of Directors of 11 persons was elected:
- Alexander Dmitrievich Beglov (Administration of the Russian President)
- Anatoly Grigorievich Gavrilenko (ALOR Group of Companies)
- Vitaly Anatolyevich Davydov (Roscosmos)
- Nikolai Ivanovich Zelenschikov (RSC Energia)
- Andrei Nikolayevich Klepach (Russian Ministry of Economical Development)
- Alexei Borisovich Krasnov (Roscosmos)
- Vitaly Alexandrovich Lopota (RSC Energia)
- Andrei Anatolyevich Muravyov (OAO “HoldingCompany Sibirskiy Tsement”)
- Gleb Sergeevich Nikitin (Federal Agency for State Property Management)
- Vladimir Alexandrovich Popovkin (Russian Ministry of Defense)
- Alexander Fyodorovich Strekalov (RSC Energia Plant).
The Meeting elected the Corporation`s Auditing Committee.
