All I see are snazzy videos Spacex was created from an idea came up with a concept and is testing real hardware in the same amount of time.
Things are not coming up Milhouse unless the LV has lots of spare mass and real flight hardware is being tested.

Last I checked Ares I is a disaster of epic proportions it's payload has shrank so much Orion had to shrink from 5.5M to 5M and lost it's airbags for landing on dry land.
It has a still unsolved thrust oscillation issue and they gotten so desperate they added thrusters that fire in the wrong direction to cancel the TO.
When you have to do crazy stuff like that to make a design work thats when it's time to abandon that design and look for an alternative.
Unless things are fixed constellation will be a stillborn program like the X33 was .
But then maybe it's the GWB cruse at work since he did have a hand in the creation of the program and everything that man meddled with has ended up a disaster.
Boeing is likely getting ready to sell the OV 200 series shuttles or shuttle II as a program to rescue NASA's manned spaceflight program right now.
