Rob Coppinger has an interesting story at FlightGlobal.com about Virgin Galactic’s plans for a follow-up vehicle to its suborbital spacecraft. The new ship, dubbed SpaceShipThree, would provide point-to-point travel while flying briefly above the atmosphere.
